Snow White Writing is a writing segment where I write about my writing journey and share some of my works as well.
It’s officially the first of February 2017 on my side of the globe and that means it’s been a super-duper long while since my last SWW post, ahahaha… Well, I finally realized that it was futile for me to stop this segment in the first place since I devote a majority of my time to writing instead of reading. In all truthfulness, I can’t post regularly on this WordPress when I don’t spend enough time reading the books I’m supposed to read too—and what’s a blog about books when there aren’t enough book reviews? What’s the point of someone following me when I don’t update enough? Relationships fizzle out when there isn’t enough communication so publishing posts are sort of the blogging equivalent to communication, no?
Anyway, today I bring you a recent poem that I’ve written. It’s not the best but I like it all the same. Constructive criticism is always welcomed, by the way.
NOTE: This work belongs to me. Please do not steal, copy, etc. Sharing (please inform me when you do so) is fine as long as you link back to this WordPress and include my name.
This poem can also be found on my All Poetry account.

I sold it to a couple; the man caged
his sperm, the woman tied her tubes. Once
the baby’s out, I’ll pay you—
But, her time was up even before
I inhaled my first
